Dr. Yaoz Sever is an Israeli executive, strategist and regional affairs expert, serving as Chairman of Accord Global Consultants (AGC) and Chairman of the Israel GCC Chamber of Commerce.

He is a member of the coalition for regional security. Dr. Sever leads initiatives connecting Israel and the Gulf states in the fields of infrastructure, energy, innovation and strategic investment.

A former senior officer in Israel’s security establishment, holding a civilian rank equivalent to Brigadier General, Dr. Sever oversaw strategic planning, international coordination and intergovernmental relations. In this role he worked closely with senior figures in the Israeli defense, goverment and intelligence community as well as government and Business counterparts across allied nations.

His experience includes crisis management, policy design and the development of long term regional partnerships. Dr. Sever holds a PhD in Business Administration with honors, specializing in BA and strategic management, and a Master’s degree in Political Marketing and Government from Private Reichman University.

He is fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic and combines academic expertise with deep practical insight into the geopolitical and economic dynamics of the Middle East. A sought after public speaker, Dr. Sever is a keynote participant at numerous international forums and lectures regularly at the Israel Defense Forces and various institutions and organizations.

He is the author of two books and a frequent media commentator and columnist on the Gulf region, Asia and the strategic connection between them.
