Ali Faqeeh is an analyst at Bahrain Center for Strategic, International, and Energy Studies (Derasat). His research interests are in food security, entrepreneurship, and energy in the Gulf region, especially Bahrain. He joined Derasat for a year following years of substantial expertise in both the commercial and public sectors. He earned a bachelor's degree in Law from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, UAE, and an MSc in Entrepreneurial Economics and Management from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Germany.
