Fadoul is the Founder of Mazzawi Group and co-CEO of Mazzawi Advertising (founded in 1995). Mazzawi Advertising is a leading advertising agency specializing in sophisticated targeting the Arab societies in Israel and MENA. He’s also a Co-Chairman of the Joint Israeli Leadership organization.m, a counselor to leader institutions for mindset shift methodologies, merging and also in marketing to niche cultures. As well as a Board director in the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce. Fadoul is an Entrepreneur- Partner or/and co-chairman in Startups and companies in Israel, England and the USA. He Served as the Chairman of the board of trustees - Yezreel Valley Academic College and before was a member in the board of trustees and the management board of YVC. As well as Served as the President of the Central Office for Art, Advertising and PR in the European Economic Chamber EEIG, Brussels, over eight years. Fadoul is also a Visiting lecturer- Advertising and marketing to the ME Markets- in several colleges and universities in Israel, Europe and the USA (CMU Brussels, BYU USA, Hinckley Institute in USA and others). In the past he Served as Senior Lecturer in visual communication and advertising- Ascola Fine Art College, Tel-Aviv, Served as director in the management board of the Israeli Advertising Agencies Association- Tel Aviv. Fadoul Received International and local awards in Art, Calligraphy and visual communication.
