Inès Boufaden is an International Relations graduate specializing in multilateral cooperation, regional geopolitics, and policy dialogue across the Mediterranean and the Global South. She holds a Master's degree from Aix-Marseille Université and brings hands-on experience working with international organizations and multi-stakeholder initiatives across Europe, MENA, and Southeast Asia.

At MENA2050, Inès contributed to policy-oriented research on agrifood systems in the MENA region, co-authoring a regional White Paper and participating in the IMEC Task Force on regional cooperation opportunities.

Her broader experience includes environmental diplomacy research at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, political analysis and stakeholder liaison work at the Human Development Forum Foundation in Bangkok, and participation in a Israel-Palestine Dialogue Forum. She is passionate about fostering cross-border collaboration and evidence-based policymaking in politically complex environments.
