Mohammed El Abbouch is an expert in international relations, development, and peacebuilding, with over 25 years of commitment to Moroccan and Pan-African civil society. Since 2000, he has been a key actor and leader in Morocco in the fields of development cooperation, migration, democracy, and human rights. His interests include geopolitics and press media.

From 2016 to 2018, he served as Country Coordinator for the Kingdom of Morocco within the African Union of Development NGOs (UAOD).

In 2024, he founded and chaired the Pan-African Alliance for Citizenship (APC), an NGO based in Paris, France. That same year, he joined the Alliance for Peacebuilding in Washington.

In 2025, he became a member of The Future of Peace and Security Coalition.

Since 2026, he has held the position of International Business Relationship Advisor and Board Member at Intelligent Investment Holdings Ltd.
