Mohamed Mekouar is a legal professional by training and a consultant by profession. He is the Founder and Managing Director of SM-Stratégies, where he advises Moroccan and international clients on legal, strategic, and institutional matters.

Having studied law, languages, and civilizations in Paris and Rabat, he has a particular interest in international relations, geopolitics, and Morocco’s political and institutional development. He is also actively involved in nonprofit initiatives aimed at fostering intercultural dialogue and strengthening ties between Morocco and the wider international community.
