Shirahan Alwakily is a BA student at Reichman University, focusing on government diplomacy and strategy. Shirahan is a youth advisor for the NGOCSD-NY and have been actively engaged as a public speaker in various communities worldwide.

Shirahan has also been involved in several projects as a U.S Embassy alumni, including Access, Career Planning Course, Empathy Storytelling, In Blink of an Eye, Bridge of Peace, Asfar NGO in the UK, and JPB program at Houston&Texas. In January 2023, She introduced the Moot Court project on human rights at the United Nations in New York.

Shirahan Alwakily is also a group guidance facilitator, mindfulness deepening guide, animal welfare activist, and MUN conferences activist. Additionally, Shirahan serve as a mentor for the Jewish Agency's youth.
