About 

Youssef Lahbiel is a global affairs graduate student and policy practitioner working at the intersection of geopolitics, innovation, and long-term futures, with a strong focus on shaping transformative pathways for the MENA region and beyond. He currently serves as a Global Policy Researcher and member of the Regional Vision Team at MENA 2050, where he contributes to strategic analysis on governance, sustainable development, economic transformation, and social inclusion across the region. His work includes policy research, data analysis, and the production of briefs and reports aimed at supporting evidence-based decision-making and long-term regional visioning.

With a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Al Akhawayn University and currently pursuing a graduate degree in Global Affairs at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), Youssef brings a strong interdisciplinary perspective that bridges policy, innovation, and international cooperation. He has also held leadership roles within entrepreneurship and youth policy ecosystems, reflecting a sustained commitment to leadership development, regional dialogue, and future-oriented public action.
