About
Zaki Nuseibeh is the CEO for the Middle East for the Aquila Group, a Germany headquartered sustainability focused investment firm committed to avoiding 1.5 billion tonnes of CO2e across its portfolio’s lifetime by 2035. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at 8F Asset Management and was a Special Advisor to Aquila Capital.
Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi, he co-founded London based Aeon Investments, a credit-focused investment company. He started his banking career in 2006 and held a number of leadership roles in many institutions since.
Zaki is also a sport enthusiast and was Vice Chairman of Oxford United Football Club for a number of years. He sat on the club's charity board until 2022 and continues to support several other charities including Football for Peace.
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Zaki completed his education in the UK, obtaining a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, and a PGDip in Financial Strategy from Oxford University.
